Our program is designed for players new to volleyball and those aiming to make their high school teams. Focused on building a strong foundation, we prioritize teaching essential skills while giving each player the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

At this level, we do not cut players, and team placement is based on a first-come, first-served basis and positional needs. Players of similar skill levels are grouped together to ensure balanced teams that foster a positive and productive environment for growth.

The program emphasizes a competitive yet supportive atmosphere, where players are encouraged to challenge themselves while receiving the guidance and encouragement needed to succeed. We strive to create a fun, positive space that nurtures both individual improvement and teamwork.

Academy Program (Short season):  $1350

10yrs - 14yrs (5th/6th and 7th/8th grade)

The Academy Program is the perfect introduction to the world of club volleyball for players who are curious about the sport but aren't ready to commit to a regional or travel team. Whether you're brand new to volleyball or have some basic skills, this program is designed for players of all experience levels—no tryouts or cuts involved.

Through a combination of structured practices and tournaments, players will develop a solid foundation in volleyball while progressing at their own pace. The program places a strong emphasis on fun and engagement, ensuring that players build confidence as they learn the game's fundamental techniques and strategies. Our Master Coaching System, led by experienced coaches, ensures players receive expert instruction that is tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.

A key feature of our Academy is the involvement of EVA’s elite players, who actively participate in practices, mentoring the Academy teams and playing alongside them. This unique mentorship opportunity helps players gain insights into higher levels of competition while fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Skills Academy: $350

The Skills Academy is an introductory volleyball program for young athletes, focused on developing key skills such as passing, setting, serving, and hitting. Designed for beginners, it offers a fun and engaging environment to learn the fundamentals, along with basic offensive and defensive positioning through interactive games.

Over five weeks, participants attend 10 practice sessions (20 hours total), led by experienced coaches. Each group is capped at 24 players to ensure personalized attention. While there are no tournaments, players will receive an EVA shirt and enjoy a supportive, non-competitive setting where they can build confidence and a love for the game. The Skills Academy is the perfect foundation for young athletes to grow their volleyball skills and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
