At Evolution Volleyball Academy, we offer a high-level boys volleyball program focused on skill development, tactical awareness, and athletic conditioning. Our Master Coaching System ensures consistent training across all experience levels, helping players build a strong foundation while advancing their abilities.
Key aspects of the program include:

High School Program
Our High School Volleyball Program is designed to provide players with a comprehensive and enriching volleyball experience. At EVA, we are committed to offering top-tier training and coaching, ensuring each player has the tools they need to succeed. Led by a team of experienced coaches utilizing proven training systems, players will focus on refining their individual skills while also strengthening their teamwork and communication on the court.
Our program fosters a competitive yet supportive environment, where players are encouraged to challenge themselves while growing both as athletes and individuals. Practices strike a perfect balance between skill-building drills and game-like scrimmages, allowing players to continually improve their technique while gaining valuable in-game experience.
Teams will pause for the high school season starting in March. Black and Premier Teams will continue the 2nd half of the season starting in June.
EVA offers different Levels of Play:
- Regional / Select: $3350 Regional or Select teams participate in 15-18 tournament dates. All tournaments take place in Illinois or right over the boarder of Indiana and Wisconsin. Season: August - February
- Travel / Black: $3750 Black teams participate in 15-18 tournament dates. Participate in 1-2 travel event (all travel events are within a drivable distance). Black teams will have the option to continue playing after the high school break and end their season at AAU National Championship in Florida. Season: September - February (The AAU add on will incur additional fees and takes place June - July and adds an additional 7 tournament dates).
- Travel / Premier: $4750 Premier teams participate in 20-25 tournament dates. Participate in 1-3 travel event (all travel events are within 6 hr drive from Illinois). Season: 1st half season: August - February, 2nd Half: June - July The season will end at AAU National Championship in Florida.
Middle School Program
Middle School Program: 12U, 13U, 14U
Our middle school boys' program offers three distinct levels of training to accommodate players of all abilities. Whether you're a beginner seeking a regional program or an experienced player aiming for a competitive travel team, EVA has the right fit for you. Each program is designed to strengthen the technical foundation of every player. Through engaging and challenging drills, our expert coaches foster a growth mindset, encouraging players to learn by embracing the process of trial and error. Mistakes are viewed as valuable learning opportunities that help players develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.EVA offers different Levels of Play:
- Regional / Select: $2850 Regional or Select teams participate in 10-15 tournament dates. Practice 2 times per week. Uniform package is included in fee. Season: November - April
- Travel / Black: $3150 Black teams participate in 15-18 tournament dates. Participate in 1 travel event. Black teams will have the option to continue playing after the high school break and end their season at AAU National Championship in Florida. Season: November - April (AAU add on is June - July). *Price does NOT include the fees associated with participation in the Super League.
- Travel / Premier: $4255 Premier teams participate in 18-20 tournament dates. Participate in 1 -2 travel event Season: November - July The season will conclude at AAU National Championship in Florida.

The Skills Academy
The Skills Academy: 7yrs - 14yrs (5th/6th & 7th/8th) $350
The Skills Academy is an introductory volleyball program for young athletes, focused on developing key skills such as passing, setting, serving, and hitting. Designed for beginners, it offers a fun and engaging environment to learn the fundamentals, along with basic offensive and defensive positioning through interactive games.
Over five weeks, participants attend 10 practice sessions (20 hours total), led by experienced coaches. Each group is capped at 24 players to ensure personalized attention. While there are no tournaments, players will receive an EVA shirt and enjoy a supportive, non-competitive setting where they can build confidence and a love for the game. The Skills Academy is the perfect foundation for young athletes to grow their volleyball skills and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.

- 1-2 Travel Events.

- Speed / Agility, Basic strength, plyometric training.
- Each player receives a Hudl and Field Level account.
- Additional tournaments may be added. Tournaments are based on availability and subject to change
